Founder & CEO
Camille is a multifaceted cyber and technology professional with substantial business, legal, and policy experience bringing unique cross-cutting perspectives to bear on complex technology and cyber issues, Internet policy, intellectual property, privacy, homeland security, and foreign policy. She is an effective manager of people and resources with experience in business development, project management, and market expansion. Camille is a critical thinker, astute problem solver, and effective translator between technical and non-technical communities. She has extensive contacts and experience within the government and private sector.
Leveraging experience that spans all branches of government, the heights of corporate leadership, and deep technical, policy, and business expertise, I provide market-leading strategic advice at the intersection of policy and practice to ensure my clients are positioned to make the best decisions for their organization. She will curate a team, develop innovative strategies and solutions, and cultivate strategic relationships to help clients succeed based on their unique needs and challenges.

Divjot Bawa
TECH FELLOW, AI & CYBERSECURITY
Divjot is a technology and national security professional, serving as a Tech Fellow at CAS Strategies and Strategic Advisor to the Chief AI Officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. With nearly five years of experience in the federal government, Divjot has supported senior decision-makers across agencies, including the White House, State Department, and Department of Homeland Security.
Specializing in the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity policy, Divjot has contributed to key initiatives such as critical infrastructure resilience, open-source software security, AI governance, and cyber workforce development. A double Hoya, he holds a Master’s in Security Studies and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and International Relations from Georgetown University. He is also the co-founder of Kaur and Singh: A Debate Show, an internationally broadcast youth Sikh debate program, and has been recognized as a Presidential Management Fellow, CyberCorps Scholar, a Responsible AI Network Fellow, and , and Pelosi Scholar.

Jassum Gloster
SENIOR ADVISOR, TECH TRANSFORMATION
Jassum is a business and technology strategist with a track record of driving innovation, digital transformation, and financial optimization across Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits. As a Principal at HP Inc., he leads multi-billion-dollar service initiatives focused on AI, cybersecurity, and digital solutions. Prior to HP, Jassum refined his consulting expertise at Accenture and St. Michael’s Inc., managing large-scale financial transformations for federal clients, including the Department of Defense. His work has resolved billion-dollar discrepancies and streamlined operations in complex environments. Jassum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, with a focus on strategy, IT, and entrepreneurship. A certified Project Management Professional, he is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the technology sector.

Laura Kupe
SENIOR ADVISOR, DEFENSE & INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS
Laura is a multilingual attorney with over 10 years of experience in national security and foreign policy across roles at the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. House of Representatives, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the White House. Most recently, she served as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, providing strategic counsel on homeland defense, civil-military relations, and the presidential transition. Laura is a former Obama appointee and previously worked as Counsel on the House Homeland Security Committee and as a Policy Analyst at the RAND Corporation.
Born in Germany to Congolese parents and raised in Luxembourg, Laura speaks German, French, and Luxembourgish. She co-founded the Congolese Diaspora Impact Summit, which promotes tech, social impact, and entrepreneurship in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Recognized as a next-generation leader by organizations like The Root and the Munich Security Conference, Laura is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Michigan Law School.

Sherif N. Owusu
TECH FELLOW, CYBER LAW & POLICY
Sherif is an attorney with a focus on intellectual property law, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. He holds a JD from The University of Akron School of Law, where he earned an Intellectual Property Law Certificate with a specialization in Trade Secrets and Cybersecurity, and a BA in Public Administration from Miami University. Sherif has gained legal experience through roles in law firms and corporate legal departments, working with insurance companies, financial institutions, and other clients on compliance, policy drafting, and legal research. Prior to his legal career, he worked at Turner Construction in roles such as superintendent, estimator, and safety coordinator, managing critical infrastructure projects and refining his skills in process management and project coordination. This combined background in law and construction gives Sherif a unique perspective on operational risk, regulatory compliance, and project oversight across industries. His work reflects a deep commitment to navigating the evolving legal landscape of emerging technologies while ensuring practical solutions for complex challenges.

Pinal is a policy leader with over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, trust & safety, and public policy. She excels at translating complex technical and policy issues into actionable insights that build consensus across global stakeholders. Pinal has led initiatives to embed safety and privacy principles into product design, crafted trust & safety policies at companies like AWS, developed operational workflows, and built content classification frameworks to train machine learning models. Her expertise spans risk mitigation, product safety, and AI policy, with a focus on balancing user protection with business goals. Before entering the corporate sector, Pinal advised senior government officials as the Counselor for Science & Technology at the Department of Homeland Security, managing R&D partnerships, negotiating international agreements, and shaping national frameworks on emerging technology risks. A multilingual attorney fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Gujarati, she holds a JD from Howard University School of Law and a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Pinal is also a dedicated civic advocate, contributing to voter protection efforts and pro bono initiatives.
